The Duplex (sleeps 8) is composed of:

• a living room, a kitchen - dining room

• Completed by two private parking spaces

Ideal for a gastronomic stay , the Michelin-starred gourmet restaurants such as Père Bise (7 minutes walk from the apartment) or La Ferme (near the Col de la Forclaz on the heights) contribute to the reputation of the village of Talloires, as do the Talloires Abbey and its many other restaurants.

Many toys for all ages: Lego, Playmobil, board games, Switch game consoles, books and comics, etc. are available to you. Babies are welcome; we provide a baby bed, a changing table, and high chairs.

Ideal for remote working : The apartment benefits from a very high-speed internet connection (fiber) for remote working. A desk, screen, and keyboard are provided.

Ideal in winter to be close to the ski resorts and the lake , you are 25 minutes from the Aravis with the resorts of La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand, 45 minutes from Megève. In a context of abundant snow you can even benefit from the 3 slopes on the heights of Talloires. (10 minutes by car). Attend or participate in the Gla-gla Race the biggest paddle competition on the lake starting from Talloires, the competition takes place every year in mid-January.

Ideal in spring and summer to enjoy the beaches, the lake and all the water activities . You can enjoy the plancha and have lunch and dinner on the terrace.
There are many hikes available in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, you can spend your first paragliding flight from the most beautiful spot in Europe, the Col de la Forclaz on the heights of Talloires.

Ideal for all sports activities : cycling and mountain biking with numerous trails starting from the house. The Talloires tennis club is a 5-minute walk away (contact us for reservations). All mountain activities with numerous hikes possible for all levels and all water sports on the lake: water skiing, diving, not forgetting the most beautiful paragliding spot in Europe at the Col de la Forclaz, 10 minutes away.

Also ideal for a family get-together at Easter or Christmas , we can also provide you with a second apartment in Talloires (up to 6 additional beds) depending on availability, a 4-minute walk from the Duplex and benefiting from a garden and a lovely lake view.

Ideal if you have an electric car : To make traveling in an electric car easier, a reinforced socket is available in the secure underground parking lot. This is very convenient upon arrival, during your stay, and before departure.
